Back 2 sports
Helps all sorts of people, whether you are an  athlete or recreational warrior, or suffering from an occupational injury, we can help you get back to sports and back to your daily activities. If you can no longer participate in the activities you love as a result of an injury,  or you experience niggles, aches or pains, as a result of sporting activity, we want to hear from you.

What is sports injury therapy?
Exercising is good for you, but sometimes you can injure yourself when you play sports or exercise. Accidents, poor training practices, faulty bio mechanics or improper gear can cause them. Some people get hurt because they are not in shape. Not warming up or stretching enough can also lead to injuries.
Who will benefit from sports therapy?
Pretty much anyone, you do not need to be athletic, or be involved in any sporting past times.
The benefits below can also help relieve the many day to day problems, repetitive strain injury, sprains, tension, fatigue, that everyone experiences. Soft Tissue/massage Therapists work with a great range of clients in assisting with preventive treatment and injury recovery.

The techniques used by sports massage practitioners have been developed to ensure effective and efficient results are gained from each massage given.
Soft Tissue Therapy may:
• Improve circulation and lymphatic flow
• Assist in the removal of metabolic waste
• Sedate or stimulate nerve endings
• Increase or decrease muscle tone
• Increase or decrease muscle length
• Remodel scar tissue when required
• Assist in mental preparation for sporting participation
