Back 2 sports
Helps all sorts of people, whether you are  young, an older person, manual workers, office professionals,  children,  athletes & recreational warriors, we can help you get back to sports and back to your daily activities. If you can no longer participate in the activities you love as a result of an injury,  or you experience niggles, aches or pains, we want to hear from you.

What is sports injury therapy?
Exercising is good for you, but sometimes you can injure yourself when you play sports or exercise. Accidents, poor training practices, faulty bio mechanics or improper gear can cause them. Some people get hurt because they are not in shape. Not warming up or stretching enough can also lead to injuries.
What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a brand of health care, that treats everyone, from the young to the old, manual workers, office professionals, pregnant women, children and sports people.

Osteopathy is a system of assessing, diagnosing, treating and preventing a wide range of health problems.

Osteopaths are commonly known for treating back pain and postural problems including changes due to pregnancy, caused by driving or work strain, the pain of arthritis and minor sports injuries.
Who will benefit from sports therapy?
Pretty much anyone, you do not need to be athletic, or be involved in any sporting past times.
The benefits below can also help relieve the many day to day problems, repetitive strain injury, sprains, tension, fatigue, that everyone experiences. Soft Tissue/massage Therapists work with a great range of clients in assisting with preventive treatment and injury recovery.
